Shipping Policy

  1. Products will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
  2. Delivery timelines depend on the availability and efficiency of our delivery partner. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
  3. In case the product is damaged during shipping, customers must report the damage within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at:

      Please include photographs and order details when reporting the issue.
  4. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
