Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged during shipping or have manufacturing defects.
  2. To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • The original tags must be intact and attached.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Customers must report damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at:

      Please include photographs and order details when reporting the issue.
  4. Once the return is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund based on customer preference.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  6. Returns for reasons other than damage or defects will not be accepted.
